Launch of the week of sorghum at Restaurant Totto

At the initiative of Brana, Papyrus / SMASH and Totto Restaurant, an evening was held to launch Sorghum Week, commonly known as “Pitimi”, as part of the Konsome lokal month celebration. The guests had the pleasure of discovering or rediscovering this cereal through dishes and cocktails prepared by the chef of restaurant Totto. This was followed by an auction of some photos by photographer Rodson Pierresaint.
